  15. Dinner: Course 1-Roasted Local Carrot Salad w/local mixed greens,goat cheese,crispy shallot,toasted pistachio, champagne vinaigrette...
  16. Passed (con't):Goat Cheese Skewers w/red seedless grapes, toasted pistachio. Lima Bean “Falafel” Fritters in lettuce cup,tahini sauce Yum!
  17. Passed:Manchego-Membrillo bites(toasted marcona almonds, smoked Spanish paprika). Grill Cheese(gruyere/fontina) on brioche, grape tomato.
  18. Catered 250person plated dinner for Bicycle Film Festival last night. All vegetarian menu for the masses was a challenge but it rocked.
