snagged a sore throast...cliff jumped/ziplined/scaled trees to swing off ropes intp Lake Martin,AL. sam said the water had gonorreah..lol

19 hrs strait thru...drove thru an incredible electric storm outside cedar rapids...got home at 5 am

breakfast w sam at the waveland..neighborhood diner and institution.

just got into iowa...17 hrs on the road when all is said and done.
