  13. So to lose weight take in less food and exercise to burn fat and you will lose weight.No question.
  14. To lose weight you eat small meals more often. Too many of us gorge ourlseves with food,our body cant burn it off so it stores it.

  19. rest days are good to let your body recover, exercise doesnt need to be done every day to enjoy great weight loss results.
  20. Rest day today,let my body have a day off and i must say its appreciating it,haha.Weight loss is great but can be hard work.
