  1. Anyone else using the weightwatchers Web site? I am tracking my meals on there and I have to say I am impressed
  2. I had my first official weigh in on Tuesday. Actual weight 212 lbs. Also started tracking my meals - wow - how many points for that?
  3. @CalorieGirl It is hard isn't it! I hope it eventually becomes a habit rather than a chore
  4. My work place has free M&Ms, bags of chips and rice crispy treats out in the common areas. Sigh, would it kill them to put out bananas?

  6. Today was a tough day to stay healthy. I had leftovers from Easter. Anyone else struggle with too many leftovers after a holiday?
