  1. WRAL Raleigh Christmas Parade. Start temp mid 40s. Definitely winter coat weather!
  2. Weekend plans? Outdoor stuff on Saturday, inside stuff on Sunday.
  3. Pesky clouds NE of the Triangle. Likely to stick around most of the day. Sorry. Most everybody else enjoying sun!
  4. No playing outside tomorrow unless you've got good rainboots.
  5. You won't need 3 layers of long underwear for the WRAL Raleigh Christmas Parade. Start time partly cloudy near 50 degrees.
  6. Fog lifting. Still a few spots with low visibility in Moore, Harnett and Cumberland Co. Sunny today highs in the low 70s!
  7. Visibility down to 1/4 in spots S. of the Triangle due to fog. Lee, Cumberland, Moore, Johnson, Nash to name a few. Drive safely!
  8. Ready for some sun? It will break out from west to east tomorrow from mid morning to mid afternoon. Highs mid-upper 60s.
  9. No rain on the radar for the first time in 3 days! Some drizzle possible. Cold gusty wind all day.
  10. Another raw day but no heavy rain. I'd still take along the rain gear for drizzle. Chilly too..temps low 50s. Gusts to 30mph.
  11. Flooding around Roanoke Rapids and Scotland Neck. 3-5" in 24hrs. Don't drive across a flooded road!
  12. Strong wind gusts and cool temps making for a miserable day. Some limbs down. Some possible power outages.
  13. Heavy rain all morning from Rocky Mt. to Roanoke Rapids. Watch for flooded roads in that area.
  14. Not as much rain in the Triangle today but there could be some isolated flooding especially near streams. Wind gusts to 40mph today.
  15. Just hit the 3" mark at the airport. 3.75" in Fayettville. Winds picking up too. Wind Advisory in effect at 6pm.
  16. More than 2.5" so far at the airport. Nearly 3" in Chapel Hill. Urban and small stream flood warning. Drive safely!
  17. Flood Watch for the entire state. 3-7" rain possible. Unfortunately most folks die in flooding by driving across a flooded road.
  18. Are you ready for the cold?Sunny but high only in the mid 50s Friday. Friday night down to the low 30s. Watch for frost/freeze warning.
  19. What a nice afternoon. Headed out to enjoy it. Find an excuse to get out! High near 70. Frosty AM's in store Fri/Sat.
  20. Sunshine returns tomorrow! It stays sunny through the weekend potentially. Temps dive overnight this week. Expect a little frost.
