  8. This said, I got most of stuff working in KDE4.3 as well, it just took longer to set things up. Twin desktop thing required xorg.conf magic
  9. Okay, kubuntu didn't quite please me - I think I'll try ubuntu 9.04 64bit, turns out I quite like Gnome + Compiz + twin desktops...

  11. Installed kubuntu 9.04 on my home pc - another round of my attempts to move away from Windows platform for home PC. Like KDE so far!

  17. Just finished compiling the latest kernel on a RHEL5 VM. Haven'd compiled a kernel in ages, nothing changes in terms of the process. Great!
