  1. aaaaand we're back, couchdb servers are back online and contacts and notes should work exactly the same as before.
  2. Doing a quick firmware upgrade on the couchdb servers, so the /contacts and /notes pages on http://one.ubuntu.com will be offline for a bit.
  3. Checkout this short screencast on an Ubuntu One client for KDE: http://2tu.us/14sv Nice work @apachelogger
  4. @carosi What does "xdg-open http://google.com" in a terminal do for you? If that works, the auth step should work.
  5. @apacheuk Not yet, sorry!
  6. You've been telling us all day what you want in the future, now what are you doing with Ubuntu One today? Sync? Share? Backup?
  7. @TheAxeR We're headed that way with Bindwood: https://launchpad.net/bindwood
  8. @damnickdotcom More as in more GB or more options?
  9. @drakekin What would 'Google docs integration' look like? Sync documents to your Google docs account?
  10. @jrichalot +10000 ( @dohbee has a branch in testing right now to fix that!)
  11. @RomanYepishev :)
  12. @RomanYepishev That's interesting. You'd like to see this instead of pulling all the files to your local machine?
  13. @TheRiver I kid you not, there is someone working on getting Empathy history into #desktopcouch right now in #ubuntuone on irc.freenode.net!
  14. @frankfurtkid I'm hugely in favor of getting "public urls" so you can share files just by sending a link. http://is.gd/4TpWA
  15. @VisualAstronomy We probably won't do "single file sharing", but if you send me the bug# I can make it status: wishlist for you :)
  16. @elmaya0 Calendar sync is interesting, what do you currently use for your calendar on your desktop? Evolution? Thunderbird / Lightning?
  17. @jarannilsen No promises at this early stage, but I'm reasonably sure we'll have something close to that in the next version of Ubuntu.
  18. @beavis5551 More free storage space sounds great! I'd like to see the contacts syncing from Evolution brought to Thunderbird as well.
  19. @yusufk Sorry about that, if it makes you feel better there were really smart people working on it and it's better today!
  20. @ananasjihad We've talked about adding a revision history system. Any particulars? Or just being able to access old versions of a file?
