  5. Friendly reminder - we have a paperless process and do not accept any paper materials for your file. Electronic submissions only.
  6. Getting questions about February LSAT. We accept it, but space will likely be limited at that point in the cycle. Best to apply early!
  7. Office is open this week. Releasing remaining ED decisions after Christmas. Thank you for your patience and happy holidays!
  8. Done with ED calls for today. More ED decisions released within next two weeks. All ED decisions will be out by the end of this month.

  10. Important update: our decision notification will be going (mostly) paperless this year. Read more info on our website. http://tiny.cc/UEYaU
  11. RD applicants: Still reading RD files too, of course. Currently reading files completed before and up to around mid-October.
  12. Finishing up our review of ED files. ED app volume is way up this year and we are very pleased with our strong ED applicant pool.
  13. Congratulations to our students on completing their finals and the autumn quarter!
  14. RT @UChicagoLaw: The Clear Admit blog lauds Chicago's small class size http://tinyurl.com/yaddbx2 (we think it's pretty great, too)
  15. Normal for your app to be at complete status for several weeks. We review in the order apps are completed and started with Sept. completes.
  16. ED apps are up. Reading both ED and RD apps right now. We expect ED decisions to go out the week of 12/21.
  17. Application tip: Get your app in as soon as possible. Apps are up. We expect to have 3,000 apps by the end of the week!
  18. Good luck to our 1L students who are taking their first of two exams this quarter. We are proud of our Class of 2012!
  19. More personal stmt tips: It should not simply expand upon your resume or tell a story about someone else (e.g., parents, clients, etc.).
  20. Application tip: Please don't spend your personal statement telling us what lawyers do. We know what lawyers do.
