  5. Mrs. Condon was quite please at the number of people who came by her house to wish her a Happy Birthday on Saturday.
  6. Mr. Stroot was seen Saturday showing his brother from Texas the fine aspects of Railroad Town.
  7. Mr. Dale Buettner, formerly of this area was a visitor in town this evening.
  8. Mrs. Buettner is taking orders for her vinegar taffy, but only for one week.
  9. There were many visitors from the outer reaches in town this evening doing their holiday shopping. Mrs. Kolbo was pleased.
  10. Mr. Miller enjoyed his birthday today and Mrs. Condon will celebrate hers tomorrow.
  11. Don't forget the Women's Relief Corp Bazaar at the Town Hall.
  12. The sounds of hammers snapping against would resounded in town this evening from the general direction of the Planing Mill.
  13. Mrs. Pittman is reportedly under the weather. Her friends wish her well.
  14. A large gathering attended the lighting of the Christmas Tree in the bandstand this evening.
  15. The Amanda Glade Millinery has received a new shipment of silks sent from Denver from Mrs. Spellman. Can new hats be far behind?
  16. @skingsley I believe he went in search of warmer weather.
  17. @zjhunn Miss Foulk is from Giltner, but spent time in Railroad Town
  18. Mr. Kingsley of the Grand Island Independent was seen in Railroad Town this morning.
  19. Mrs. Bottger had a lovely visit with a number of her nieces and nephews who decided to help her with some festive items for the holidays.
