  12. Very cross with Apple. Changing operating system to Win7 has forced me to abandon iTunes and hack my iPhone to use my legitimate purchases

  18. @antlers To burn more fat, keep your cardio below 70% max heart rate (mhr=220-age) and increase time not intensity. Needs a calorie deficit.
  19. @antlers BUT building muscle requires a calorie surplus so you either need to eat very clean and/or "cycle" your routines to loose the extra
  20. @antlers Evidence => extra 10 lbs of muscle will burn approximately 350 to 500 calories a day, or an extra pound of fat every 7 to 10 days!
