  1. So apparently a herd of zebras can also be called a 'dazzle' of zebras. So I drove by a dazzle twice today. Not sure how I feel about that.
  2. I don't get headaches often, but when I do it's never just a mild irritant. Ow.
  3. Wow, I think I just got my first retweet. Thanks, @jefholbrook! I need to post about exotic-type mammals more often.
  4. @Tigerkid Yeah, I'm planning on doing that this weekend in our new place.
  5. @jefholbrook Emu? That was last week. I forgot to tweet it. Full disclosure, it could have been an ostrich. I was driving kinda fast.
  6. No camel this morning. A whole herd of zebras, yes, but my morning was camel-free.
  7. It's too easy to let a game drag on indefinitely, which causes it to lose focus and become boring. But I don't want it to feel rushed either
  8. Scion game went well last night. Problem is I'm now at the trickiest part for any campaign for me: pacing the endgame.
  9. First casualty of the move: my sanity. Second: the surround sound unit. Great.
  10. Yet another busy, busy day.
  11. 7.5 hours into my 12-hour workday and I'm still sane. Well, as sane as I was when I started.
  12. Up too late setting up the entertainment center last night. My shift came WAY too early this morning. At least the living room looks good.
  13. So we have a new apartment. So we need furnitire. So we need money. So I'm doing two 12-hour shifts this week. Not sure what I was thinking.
  14. @Tigerkid I'm rather fond of her myself. What'd she do to earn your specific goodwill now?
  15. Yikes. Unprecidented call volume today, just came up for air. Mandatory short lunches, but at least food is provided. Tonight I demand mead.
  16. It's not often a rainbow is so bright even my colorblind eyes can see it. Beautiful.
  17. And then we very suddenly went from utterly-slammed to ghost-town quiet. And me without a book.
  18. Whee. Just had a crash-course in troubleshooting detailed network info on a Mac, with a guy who wasn't a Mac user (his wife was). Fun times.
  19. So on my way back from lunch, I passed a prostitute. In a residential area. At 3 in the afternoon. In bright pink. I'm still recovering.
  20. @Tigerkid Either there's a camel in a fenced lot on my way to work, or I've utterly lost my mind. Or both. The camel seems unimpressed.
