  1. indoor rowing this morning 5 x 1k @ 1:45.6 ave @ 28spm, on the water tomorrow morning
  2. @sub7rowbot Good workout, have a good time in New Orleans - don't eat too much!
  3. 2 x 5k tonight - tough after 6hrs driving ave. 1:53.1 - not too bad, improvements are very incremental
  4. @SouthernRower sorry to read about your injury, hope you heal quickly (although I know it never feels quick enough)
  5. @RikaNauck I did have a good workout thanks, tried squats with barbell and dumbbells, went slow and felt good, not sore today
  6. @SouthernRower Thanks for that, had a go last night, not too heavy, but will go a bit heavier next time.

  8. @RikaNauck great I'll try that - Thanks - lost a lot of leg strength through snapped achilles, so probably too cautious at moment

  15. Spent the day @ Bristol Museum, lots of interactive stuff for the children - great fun - rich history of Bristol
  16. 3 x 2k tonight @ ave. 1:47.8 @ 29spm @ 90.5kgs, going in the right direction! (fastest time was 7:07.1)
