  6. @sub7rowbot straight 2k, but I'd had a bad stomach all day, decided to have a go - I blew up @ 350m, felt awful, no energy managed 7:16

  13. @gicela Thanks for that - yes she was very hot last night, not much sleep, looking pale, hoping she'll sleep during the day
  14. Daughter not well today, running a temperature, up most of the night, poor thing, no school today
  15. Indoor rowing 15119m @ 19spm in one hour tonight (1:59 split) really pleased, not pb but getting happier with technique - POWER HOUR!!!
  16. indoor rowing this morning 5 x 1k @ 1:45.6 ave @ 28spm, on the water tomorrow morning

  18. 2 x 5k tonight - tough after 6hrs driving ave. 1:53.1 - not too bad, improvements are very incremental
  19. @SouthernRower sorry to read about your injury, hope you heal quickly (although I know it never feels quick enough)
  20. @RikaNauck I did have a good workout thanks, tried squats with barbell and dumbbells, went slow and felt good, not sore today
