  2. Wow. Does Meredith Whitney have power over stks. or what? Funny, she says what so many others say, but the mkt. actually listens to her.

  7. Didn't know that was Bartlett (on CNBC). I respect him but he is still wrong.
  8. This guy on CNBC is nuts. Lower taxes wouldn't help current economic condition? More money in govt's pocket is better than in mine? No!
  9. NABE says housing is bottoming. The only reason it is "bottoming" is because banks aren't foreclosing.

  11. In spite of the stock market rally, mortgage rates remain relatively unchanged. The Fed must be buying them.
  12. RT @denniskneale Mcl Moore's new film should be called "Vainglorious Bastard." my review now up on cnb.com: http://www.cnbc.com/id/3302...
  13. Great day for mortgage rates. Sure don't like to hear what that Mr. Robertson on CNBC is saying. I can see why he thinks it though.
  14. So sad to see that the Canadian PM is more of a free-market capitalist than most of our "leaders" in Washington. How did we get here?
  15. Stks and mortgage-backed securities are trading in a tight range. It feels like a spring getting tighter. Who knows which way it will go.
  16. White House talking about extending (and maybe doubling) tax credit for 1st time buyers. It certainly has helped the RE mkt.
  17. RT @denniskneale newflash to friends fans & foes: my 8pm show, "cnbc reports," just got cancelled. me? i'm devastated.
  18. RT @denniskneale: Sellin' a little hope guys, last night's parting shot on "cnbc reports." http://bit.ly/2IvtJm
  19. Mortgage rates are dropping today. Money is moving into mortgage-backed securities. Is this a prediction of a stock market drop?
  20. Big stock rally and yet mortgage rates are trending lower. The Fed must be buying mort. backed sec.s like crazy!
