Never understood caffeine in tea. It seems to wake me when I need to be awake and put me to sleep when I need to sleep. No science proof!

Revelation: Tikuanyin works great for jetlag, especially the ones with alot of aroma and you'd expect it to keep you awake: helped me sleep!
