  1. Don't forget. 1/2 of sale on Unlimited Freelancer is almost over. http://www.writingthoughts....
  2. Time for lunch...
  3. @MenwithPens Ohhh... The second most important thing then.
  4. @MenwithPens What is the single most important thing in the interview? Start there...
  5. @MenwithPens I sometimes think that editing is more difficult than writing. However, you are brilliant. You will do it...
  6. @MenwithPens 12 into 1? That is tough.
  7. @MenwithPens At any rate, I'm sure that whatever you are working on is brilliant. ;-)
  8. @MenwithPens Or would it be tweeking?
  9. @MenwithPens Actually, I'm sure you know how to stay out of it. What are you doing today. Just tweeting, or tweeting and workiing (tworking)
  10. @Sarah_CB I'm sure you will. You've come this far...
  11. @Sarah_CB I've been given some style guides that require formal language, but many companies are moving away from that.
  12. @Sarah_CB Good luck with that. I've heard that it's hard. (I've never done it myself...) At least you are almost through.
  13. @Sarah_CB There are times formal writing is appropriate, but other times it is not.
  14. @Sarah_CB Are you a writer?
  15. @Sarah_CB Glad to find someone who agrees. Word wants me to write in a very formal style. I actually talk back to it - "no, that's okay..."
  16. Microsoft Word Grammar checker needs a conversational mode...
  17. @MenwithPens Oh, you mean like this: if there is trouble James is sure to be at the bottom of it... something like that? (It's a blog post.)
  18. @MenwithPens Actually, I kind of expected you to jump in there on the faux pas issue.
  19. @joannayoung I agree. I look @ Twitter partly as a learning experience. I also try not to tweet ads unless it is something I would want.
  20. @joannayoung Yes. I also scan the articles to make sure they are worth retweeting. I try to not share anything worthless.
