A "quality assurance" van from TW showed up after the contractors did their thing. He walked the yard and was gone in <5 mins.

Cable was FINALLY (totally reinstalled and) buried on Thursday 24 April, btw. Hey, it was ONLY laying on the lawn for over 15 months. Crazy.
