@ Good q. Think employers have to disclose to union names of emp'ee members on request, but need to look up law to check.

@ If statute unambiguous, courts must follow. Otherwise have judge-made law. Have to work with Tory 1992 Act, not against.

Free legal advice to trade unions - follow 1992 Act carefully (even if hated) or you'll get injuncted. Could have told you that before BA.
