  8. Writing and editing takes backburner today as I make persimmon bread and pumpkin pie. Mmmmmm. Pie. Miss all our family though. Sigh.
  9. Steamed some pumpkins and scooped out the cooked meat. Going to do pie completely from scratch this time. Fingers crossed
  10. The persimmon is pulped. Can persimmon bread with honey butter be far behind??

  20. Roasting the turkey ahead of time. Making brown and serve breads (from scratch). Kitty is happy, she's had some cooked liver already.
