  1. Nov 17 6:44PM PST - The entitlement boundary systems is up and working for SunSolve. SunSolve is back online again.
  2. At 2:30PM PT Nov 17th, Sun is bouncing some of the systems which connect to Sunsolve to address the access issues. This will take 1hr.
  3. SunSolve is also experienced an unplanned outage on a boundary system which does the patch entitlement and download... more updates to come
  4. SunSolve is still having issues with login. The team is working around the clock to fix this. Will post updates as they are received.
  5. All systems are go for SunSolve, and its boundary systems are back online. If you have any issues use the feedback icon [ + ].
  6. The boundary systems are still being upgraded, ETA Nov 15 2009 21:30 PST, apologies for any inconvenience, wget and new users are affected.
  7. The boundary patch delivery system also seems to be effected today, we are investigating and restore the service asap.
  8. Just a reminder that some users are being effected by outages on boundary systems which are still running (3hrs to go).
  9. We have the fix for the SunSolve SR creation, and until releases (late Nov 09) if you don't use Unknown then the form works fine....
  10. SunSolve SR fun, it appears if you log a SR with "known" it's failing and the customer doesn't get the SR number - Working on fix for this.
  11. Patch access was effected to day on SunSolve, a boundary system had an outage from 1:27 AM MT to 19:58MT Sunday 08, 2009
  12. Go SunSolve Service Request -> This new feature has seen a great uptake by customers, it's for valid entitled serial numbers only.
  13. The ghosts have been cleared today, and MSC users who had issues getting their correct entitlements on SunSolve have been fixed.
  14. SunSolve had ghosts in the system, every now and again MSC users have issues when accessing SunSolve, we are working to resolve this.
  15. Some issues with the patch download environment - users are experiencing intermittent 403 errors - S1 issue logged
  16. SunSolve's new SR create feature, saw 145 SR's created in the first 3 days. This is a very simple SR process for users with serial numbers.
  17. Seeing more people logging in and using the new SunSolve SR feature, it's a pretty fast way to log a SR when you know your serial number
  18. We noticed the document Id doesn't print out any more when you select print, looking to fix this gotcha in the next release. Dec 09
  19. SunSolve 7.4 is in production. A number of new features, including SR creation from SunSolve.
  20. A few customers lost access to patches yesterday, due to a middle tier in the entitlement system, this was bounced and access restored
