We have the fix for the SunSolve SR creation, and until releases (late Nov 09) if you don't use Unknown then the form works fine....

SunSolve SR fun, it appears if you log a SR with "known" it's failing and the customer doesn't get the SR number - Working on fix for this.

SunSolve's new SR create feature, saw 145 SR's created in the first 3 days. This is a very simple SR process for users with serial numbers.
