  1. New blog post: How NOT to Make Homemade Marshmallows http://stickygooeycreamychewy.com/2009/12/21/how-not-to-make-homemade-marshmallows/
  2. @plushpuffs {{thumping self on head}} Why didn't I think of that! Er...um...do you ship FedEx? ;)
  3. @taerin It's what's left of marshmallows gone horribly wrong! ; )
  4. @yesidohair The sugar mix burned. Had digital candy therm. set to 240 deg., but it was off. When it read 240, it was really abt 280!
  5. @yesidohair Will do. I usually blog my fails. Sometimes they're more interesting. ; )
  6. @yesidohair Oh, yeah. Black and hard as granite.
  7. @cravingsomethin Thanks! I'm just relieved it was the faulty thermometer and not me!
  8. @yesidohair Awww! That is adorable!
  9. @Lemonpi Thank! Might need some Rogaine for damage done while pulling out my hair tho. ; )
  10. @yesidohair Which one? Heehee!
  11. @nofearentertain It's a great recipe. Just make sure your thermometer is accurate!
  12. Here's what I got after 3 fails (and a new thermometer): http://tweetphoto.com/6770291 A little better, don't you think?
  13. Here's what my first batch of mallows looked like: http://tweetphoto.com/6770186 Mmmm! Who wants a bite?
  14. After the day I've had, I don't think I'm going to make anything else but reservations tonite!
  15. @nofearentertain I started with this recipe: http://bit.ly/vj0aG
  16. @nofearentertain Lol! No offense taken. Made vanilla and peppermint swirl mallows. Once I got a diff therm, they turned out great!
  17. @RJFlamingo Ah. I have an instant one too. I use it to double check temps.
  18. @coconutlime Oooh! Send some down here. Pleeeze?
  19. @RJFlamingo Can you use that for candy?
  20. @RecipeGirl Hmmm. Now that you mention it, they were kind of cute. But, I was covered in mallow goop! UGH!!!
