  2. Crushing Chardonnay, Viognier and Syrah today! Come watch or join in, it's aromatherapy!

  4. Harvesting the first of 4 blocks of Chardonnay. 18 bins sofar, 25 more to go!
  5. Pressing our first grapes today . . . whole cluster Viognier. Tons of peach flavor with aromas of spiced apple cider.

  16. going home to sleep while the yeast pull an all-nighter...hopefully.
  17. @Bradinator 28 off the vine, adjusted for completion but apparently the original yeast couldn't run the course. re-start was born today.
