Medical update: nose healing...need to try not to get punched. Elbow slipped a bit...need to go to an orthopedic doctor to find next steps.

Medical update day 11, thanks 4 your prayers, arm is in the sling 3-4 weeks, nose is healing well, tooth will get a crown, Lisa is a saint!

Medical Update, in sling for 2-3 weeks minimum, will re-xray my arm in 10 days to check progress. Slow process on arm. Nose is healing fine.

Had a mountian bike accident today. Fractured my left elbow and the bridge of my nose and chipped a tooth. Vicoden & ice are my friend.
