  13. Training Tip: kicking around in the pool after a hard race/workout helps flush muscles and promote recovery. 15-20 min is plenty.

  16. Training Tip: The day before hard workouts we do short hill sprints or strides to wake up our nervous system so that its firing next morning
  17. Training tip of the day: After my marathons, I take 2 weeks completely off, & run every other day the 3rd week. Must let the body rebuild!
