  8. @ConFigures I think you're right. In the past, I didn't even use some sick days because it was too hard to get coverage. Big mistake!!
  9. @librarythingtim I think Sonya did quite well on that thread. She posted that she heard the complaint. That's step one.
  10. @librarythingtim Thx, Tim. I'll get Sonya to take a peek at it.
  11. @janeycanuck. I'm hardly new. I've been there 35 years. I already lost 800 hrs of sick leave once when I was RIFed. *sigh*
  12. @janeycanuck 70% of sick leave is "grandfathered in". 30% (my 240 hrs) is lost. They say it's moved to PTO, but, in reality, it's not.
  13. @cookbooker Thanks for the hint to roast my excess cauliflower/broccoli. Haven't done it yet, but it's in my plans. :)
  14. @janeycanuck They're taking away 30% of my accrued sick leave (240 hours). That can't be good. :(
  15. @librarythingtim and other LTers. Discussing how we can improve Member Giveaway. Join the conversation. http://bit.ly/29crxV #LibraryThing
  16. The company for which I work is switching to PTO - instead of annual/sick leave. Comments about it? I'm skeptical.
  17. Point me to some good #cauliflower or #broccoli recipes. My #CSA has overwhelmed me with these two veggies (not a complaint...). Thx!
