If want to figure how fast u read, multiply number lines read by average words per line (pick any 10 lines to figure words per line).

If u know u read word 4 word, u probably learned to read using phonics. Reduce the mental talking- try pressing tongue to roof of mouth.

Speed looking = when you "read" quickly, reach the bottom of the page and have no idea what you read. Day-dreaming causes this too!
