  5. Coyotes have signed Taylor Pyatt to a one-year deal. Could push court proceedings off front page.
  6. Judge may not have a decision by Sept. 11. Everyone to have bids ready for 10th.
  7. Gretzky's lawyer - we paraphrase; "We're standing in line like everyone else."
  8. Lawyers taking turns nown for all parties. I'd swear they were arguing these same points in June.
