  15. Brr! It's cold outside. What are you cooking and eating now that the weather's turned?
  16. And maple syrup? In chili? Yes. It gives a touch of sweet and helps enhance the savory goodness.
  17. We're big fans of Meatless Monday's (or any time of the week), but possibly tomorrow I'll toss in some cooked lean ground bison or beef.
  18. Dinner tonight: 100% local vegetarian chili. The beans were grown here, along w/the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion & maple syrup.
