  3. @MiaTaylor yes! mattresses make a huge difference. Softer the better for me. It helps, but I still need something more sometimes.

  6. I just got back from Indonesia.. 12 hour jet lag time shift + a full day on airplanes each way! Slept well, but I had to work at it.
