So - MLG, NASL, TwitchTV, Own3d have direct CBSi partnerships. No other leagues do, but were named via their broadcast deals with TwitchTV.

IPL is for non-exclusive advertising sales via TwitchTV. GSL was named for their prior broadcasting with Twitch/Own3d, nothing direct.
