  15. Hard pairing Mexican food? For meet dish try wines from the South of France or a California Zinfandel. Oak and Tannic wines are not good
  16. Hard time Pairing Mexican food? For Chicken dishes try Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay (no to little Oak) or Semillion.
  17. Cabernet finds itself as the perfect soil mate for many fine cheeses, try Asiago, Blue, Gruyere, Havarti, Romano, or Swiss
  18. @anakaoka if you like red try a Pinot Noir from Oregon.. If it's white go with a spainish Albarino its a crisp clean white.
