  1. Getting ready to leave for work. Did not plan any meals for today, so started off with a Protein shake at 5:00am for breakfast.

  4. @DoxieDames actually, we are not doing anything preventitive except to put her on a diet and make sure she doesn't jump up or off anything.
  5. @DoxieDames my older doxie hurt her back a year ago and her back end was paralyzed. Gave her steroid pills and was up and walking in a week
  6. @mamacatalina where did you get the jalapeno chicken recipe?
  7. I do great on the weekdays, but Friday and Saturday are rough! I lose during the week then go back up on weekends! Ugh!!!!!
  8. Just had Goulash for dinner. Was pretty good!
  9. I walked/jogged for 1/2 mile then jogged 2 1/2 miles without stopping! I did 3 miles in 39 minutes, not fast, but it is my best time!
  10. @CeeJay72 I haven't exericed in 4 days. You have motivated me to go and exercise right this minute instead of just sittig here watching TV
  11. I was on day 9 yesterday and was down 7 lbs as of this morning. Will add a couple of more days before adding whole grains & fruits.
  12. At the laundromat washing my comforter as my new puppy pee'd on it and on my sheets. Comforter too big to wash at home.
  13. What do you eat for breakfast on the first 9 days? I have been eating just eggs, and either turky bacon or turkey sausage.
  14. On Day 9, will add a couple of more days to this as I went off track on Friday & Saturday. Weekends are hard for me when when we go out.
  15. @imjustjill Good job! How long have you been doing the 9th Law diet? I just started and have lost a total of 5lbs!
  16. @CeeJay72 I have actually done it before but got some bad shin splints, so once those were gone started over. Did W1D2 yesterday.
  17. Did week 1 day 1 of the Couch to 5K and felt great afterwards!
