  10. Dieteman is dressed in street clothes in court today, clean shaven with a blue shirt and khaki pants. A different man than at his arrest.

  14. Prosecutor Vince Imbordino is giving his opening statement. He is dry and direct, as matter of fact as anyone could be.
  15. Dieteman's defense atty asks the jury to consider more than just the shooting spree. "You must, and I ask you to, judge him as a whole man."
  16. Dieteman has confessed to 2 murders and numerous other shootings. But he has also shown remorse and cooperated with police and prosecutors.
