Am finished with my 56-hour-headache. Gave up coffee and am worse than any heroin addict. Slept 13 hours last night & most of today.

| Detox going strong - no gluten in 1 week. Not quite insane, although somewhat crabby and nose is very congested. |

| Lunch - fried potatoes, onions & some gouda. Lecker! |

| Collecting recipes from Epicurious - ginger chicken, yum! |

| Drinking black coffee, hot water with lemon, Biotta "Digest" (juice from apples, grapes, and figs). |

| Springtime detox - week 2 - divorce from "Der Mann" - substitute fresh fruits & veggies. Go gluten-free. Warning - I may go insane ... |

| Also no more mineral water - only good old Vienna tap water with a bit of lemon & some berries thrown in. |

| When the cheese runs out, then no dairy except a little butter! |

| As I run out of groceries, I am not replacing the them - starting with milk, sugar, and yogurt. |
