  12. used by the community, community groups, schools and independent local and national community artist's
  13. It will also provide a community educational facility for schools, colleges and members of the community
  14. Unlike many of the buildings in this area the barracks and constables house still has many of their original architectural features
  15. preserve the interior and exterior of a early 19th century building located in the historical sector of the town
  16. The project is important to the built heritage of Northern Ireland
