  1. Sloowly crawling back online after a… can you have a summer hibernation?
  2. Almost done with my maid of honor duties. Still left: get the wedding site cleared up, get bestman to cooperate with cleaning. *sigh*
  3. @kyeli @jaysquared Thank you so much for your congratulations!
  4. Recovering from a wonderful wedding and getting used to the idea of being married. :) Honeymoon in Lisboa, here we come!
  5. How can summer holiday be this stressful? A zillion projects to manage, and I'm not even getting paid!
  6. @jaysquared Congrats on decluttering! Having moved a mth ago, though, it doesn't really look decluttered here. I'm clearly doing sth wrong.
  7. Managed to be the first to explain Twitter hashtags on an online forum. Feel like such a veteran, which is borderline absurd.
  8. Off to the in-laws for a traditional midsummer of potentially-rainy barbecue and barn dancing. Have a safe one, everybody!
  9. Maybe if I whisper, I won't jinx it: (*the sun is shining*) and it's almost Midsummer. Could be worse, I tell ya. :)
  10. Insightings on decluttering, in the home and in the mind: http://is.gd/13doH
  11. Dropped off the fiancé to the airport -> a business trip to London: a press event on The Beatles: Rock Band. At Abbey Road. Jealous? Moi?
  12. Once again, overcoming the "augh, why can't this be DONE already!" frustration gave way to actually getting something done (unpacking-wise).
  13. Finally found some time to play the guitar! Hooray!
  14. @TheCharmQuark Thanks for the #ff!
  15. Checked my study register for the first time in a few weeks – and had received a 5/5 as the final grade of my teacher studies. Awesome. :)
  16. Just spotted a lilac tree outside our bedroom window. A lilac tree. Suddenly, all the moving stresses seem lighter. :)
  17. Completed stage 1 of moving – everything in one place. Trying to gear up for stage 2 – everything in its place. *sigh*
  18. It looks like it'll turn out to be one of those "157 boxes all marked 'miscellaneous'" moves. Ah well, such is life. :D
  19. @WAHMBizbuilder Thank you so much for the sympathies!
  20. Moving day II – The Revision. Most of the heavy stuff is already transported (thanks to helpful young men), but there's still a lot left.
