  1. @ickyb0d As long as the issue is not with the hard drive your data should not be lost. I would recommend backing up the data if possible.
  2. @ickyb0d That will void the warranty on the unit.
  3. @jksloan Just happy to help.
  4. @jksloan Please follow so I can DM you your tracking number. The unit is already on its way.
  5. @jksloan I will follow up with the shipping dept, and DM you the details.

  7. @Doorley Please review the stand assembling directions http://tinyurl.com/yceek32
  8. @Doorley The Monitor stand requires firm pressure when assembling the unit. It is possible the higher stand is not fully seated.

  16. @TiffanyUPowell I apologize that is only on certain models, you can start with a 2 gig card but a 6-8 gig would hold more video time.
  17. @TiffanyUPowell The built in memory on the unit is 8 gigs, so I would recommend having at least an 8 gig card.
  18. @TiffanyUPowell The card is too small to hold video files. It is OK for a digital camera to take photos but far too small for video.
  19. @TiffanyUPowell What model of cam and type of card was it?
  20. @TiffanyUPowell I believe there is free software, but Apple would be able to tell you for sure.
