  1. If any of you are real estate agents I found a useful app for Facebook that will help with marketing listings http://tinyurl.com/krzbfs
  2. Recently I saw David Copperfield make an entire car disappear right before my eyes. That's the kinda guy you want on YOUR team. =)
  3. @sailor_james Thanks for the follow. Please give Doug my regards. =)
  4. Over 500,000 page views a month. Who's your daddy now? ;-)
  5. Salt Lake County real estate sales are up 76% over last quarter!
  6. I just woke up! Now, isn't that interesting?
  7. Finding a needle in a haystack gets easier all the time, that is, unless it's a REAL needle in a REAL haystack. http://www.saltyhomes.com
  8. Was at the grocery store looking for parts for real estate signs. Was feeling naughty, so I squeezed the Charmin.
  9. Rain, rain, go away. Come again another day! If you're concerned the garden is getting out of control, you're not alone in Salt Lake City!
  10. @suzannesaltlake Doesn't do anything positive for my google juice, but it does get me more attention, especially from their own agents. ;-)
  11. Two major real estate companies in town are now using "salty homes" as search keywords in paid Google advertising. Borrowing my good name?
  12. There are three types of websites today: give something, get something, or a blend of the two. Interaction is key.
  13. Arby's is giving away a free sandwich when you buy a drink today. Sounds nice, but I somehow I doubt it will be "fast" food. =)
  14. Buyers beware! The sales contract in Utah now sells all homes in "as is" condition. No more warranties on critical systems of the house!
  15. Interest rates rise. My prediction: three weeks from now people will all agree, we should have bought when rates were under 5%. ;-)
  16. Europeans get 6 weeks of vacation, minimum.
  17. Clearing the mind with some uncrowded golf with John, Kristin, and Bob at Glendale. Ahhh...now isn't that better? (Only lost three balls!)
  18. Still thinking about Etta James' show at Red Butte. Singing about sex was a little more risque when she was big. Much better than Brittany
  19. I hate banks. I really, really hate that companies can get SO BIG that it becomes "acceptable" to have the crappiest service on the planet.
  20. In the mood to promote/support other locally owned and operated businesses. Hey, it's better for our economy, it's fun, and it's easy! =)
