  1. @SaciMow finishes #tnfcdr in his first attempt, with half an hour to spare! He's a Type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump - proving no limits!
  2. Another week of 70 km total running. I think I'm ready for my main training block. Only 6 weeks before taper starts.
  3. A nice surprise today. My dear wife got a Garmin 305 for me. That should come in very handy during the run through the mountains at CDR.
  4. @iRunOninsulin nice article thanks for the link
  5. Did a 2:46 long run with 1:30 of hill drills. I think hills and I are becoming friends.

  10. @Americantri glad to hear you having as much luck with the weather and yes i had all that, but the rain did the trick
  11. @SweetRunMD it's a lost cause. Just did 2.5 hr on the bike in cold rain, I'm still freezing. Tough ride but very satisfying.
  12. Decided to ride a bike to work today. In shorts, not my brightest idea.
  13. @Americantri I hope it works out better for you then the shoe experiment
  14. Had my best training run (breathing only through nose) today 6km in 27:30

  16. It's actually snowing here right now.
  17. First "long" run of the season 23 km in 2 hr in 45 km winds plus I was caring 9 lb backpack for practice. Felt great wasn't exhausting.
