  1. @MVPAward To the web(site) of course. #MVPBuzz #riddlemethis
  2. RT @redgate: Oracle or SQL Server? You decide! #oracle #sql <- MySQL!
  3. @MVPAward Excellent. That thing's tedious to update. (hence why I just don't bother most of the time) #MVPBuzz
  4. @MVPAward You're making the MVP profile easier to update? Awesome. :-) #MVPBuzz
  5. @GFritchey I read the headline and thought "What idiot wrote that?", then read the rest of it,.
  6. @mrdenny :-) Ok, thank you for confirming I'm not totally wrong on this point. Better?
  7. @mrdenny Thank you for confirming I'm not going completely insane. :-)
  8. @AdamMachanic Yeah, that's what I thought too. Just double-checking, got someone on forums telling me OS has 'auto-convertor' for files. ?!?
  9. Has anyone encountered a file type (not talking executables) where the file is different if created on a 64-bit OS vs 32-bit OS?
  10. @SQLCraftsman No. A custom tool. Just spent an hour hacking it's DB because it decided new server name = different set of DBs.
  11. There's nothing I hate more at the moment than tools that try to be too smart.
  12. From the forums... "Here are some articles on basic indexing." Reply: "Please tell me how to implement indexing"
  13. @venzann Power outages?
  14. @fatherjack @chrissie1 @venzann Yup, get enough of those on the SSC forums too.
  15. @venzann @fatherjack Understanding? I wish I had those kind of homework questions posted. All i get is 'gimme the answer Nao!'
  16. @venzann Sleeping off a long weekend? #sqlfamily #sqlserver
  17. @AdamMachanic Ah, couldn't tell that from the title. Any recommendations for an up-to-date one?
  18. @AdamMachanic I can haz the LINQ book? If you were going to throw it away that is, and if it's not a hassle bringing it to PASS.
  19. @SQLAnthibian Try going to the text files for the agent alert, or viewing event viewer from the server, not a client\ #sqlhelp
  20. @SQLAnthibian How are you viewing? Trhough event viewer to the remote server?
