  8. I'll post some interesting pics of the broken foundation wall, piering, and demolition of the interior.
  9. We'll tear down the entire southeast corner of building and relay. Cost $4200 to relay corner, but hey that's what contingencies r 4!
  10. We'll dig under the foundation & pour a continuous footing under the foundation wall. We'll stitch the cracks together with epoxy & rebar
  11. Well the wall did not cooperate with us today. Added another pier, and more cracks developed in the foundation. We have a solution though.

  20. Interior demolition and abatement crews will start on Wednesday, and work Friday, Saturday and maybe Sunday. Demolition complete Monday.
