  1. This is good, launched 2day, all performance stats on Bradford. http://tinyurl.com/yg4wwxd Tory argued pointlessly against it on radio 2day
  2. Off to meeting in Windhill to discuss latest on new development, could do with a spare £80k
  3. Back from T&A meeting, talked me through their new "County" edition
  4. Breaking off from listening to pre budget report to go for meeting with Telegraph & Argus. Not missing much tho, just Osborne being sneery
  5. @stellacreasy are you talking about social return on investment? If so, you need to look at the SROI network run by Jeremy Nicholls
  6. Just back from giving a talk to Shipley Men's Forum at the Library. It's good when I get lots of questions afterwards. I like chatting
  7. @BrianOutlaw saw this after mtg but gave ur apols anyway. Guessed that dentists might have been more traumatic than anticipated!
  8. @allonlister Cliches unfairly maligned! Prefer ”action planning” ie doin stuff to "strategy" which usually means thinkin about doing stuff
  9. Good meeting at Hirst Wood. Really pleased that they got so many people to go to their action planning sessions
  10. Off to Hirst Wood for neighbourhood meeting, looking forward to hearing what residents wanted to see in action plan
  11. After sneezing my way around clients in London last couple of days, am leaving my germs behind and heading home to Shipley.
  12. On the way to London for wall to wall meetings
  13. @sgwarnog agreed. Someone should have told the choir though, poor things
  14. Spoke to someone from Musical Union who were singing in Centenery Sq 2day for market. When they got there, one stall and no people at all!
  15. Back from carol singing, 1st of the yr. Voice held out but Ding Dong Merrily on High was a bit of a stretch. Now to Bingley for equipment
  16. By request off to go and swell the singing numbers at a carol concert, not on usual singing top form though so will see how well I fair...
  17. @ratcliffe fair enough, shows how much I know about rural western Scotland!
  18. @allonlister Am afraid you're right, it's a close run thing between bankers and politicians as to who is the most disliked!
  19. Coughing and spluttering my way through my phone calls to residents this afternoon, am hoping they don't notice I'm full of cold....
  20. @ratcliffe that's some "cottage" it's enormous! I thought he was a man of the people?
