  18. That's a helpful strategy - if one wishes to continue giving the best possible effort year after year. Happy staff = better end product! ;-)
  19. What policy? Well, we're not nightshifting or stretching our days or weeks. 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. Period.
  20. Back working after one whole month (not kidding!) summer vacation. Not bad for a small biz entrepreneur.. ;-) Then again, that's our policy.
