  6. Pressing out of the Milli Vanilli tank this week. Ironic that one of the few tanks we will flip has the theme song "blame it on the rain."
  7. The Scalper is in full effect, sorting the MOG (material other than grape) away! Harvest contiunes in full swing.
  8. Winemaking team are still growing harvest beards...I am seeing some grey hairs pop up here and there on some of those young guys.

  18. We are testing out "The Scalper"-a new generation sorting table for harvest in Oct. We are one of 3 wineries that get to test it this year!

  20. Harvesting our Sauv Blanc, 3 loads getting pressed & going into our new tank "Milli Vanilli", which will be ready about 5 min b4 we need it.
