  14. B/c even if we found all the racists and put them in racist jail, our current policies would still produce disparities along racial lines.
  15. It's just like Dr. Carol Zippert from Tuskegee Univ. said, "let's not talk about the racists, let's talk about racism."
  16. If you look at the numbers put out by the Center for Social Inclusion & others, you see that we have a long way to go in terms of policy.
  17. People keep saying "if there is still racism in America, how did we elect a Black president?" which implies that racism has been dismantled.
  18. Nonprofits really need to talk about racism & how it plays a part in our work. Structural racism is part of what messed up our communities.
