  1. Tonight's fitness challenge: A night off! Hurray, I hear you cheer!
  2. Just come back from walking MILES with Waise. She has run and run and will now doubt sleep for the rest of the day. Got to shift this 2 lbs!
  3. Memorial service went well. Didn't drop the wreath and my hat didn't blow off! Procession and service went beautifully. So moving-as always.
  4. cannot believe it! We have NO water! must be a mains burst in the village. :(

  6. Tomorw I have to attend a Memorial Service in an official capacity. Can anyone tell me if it's wrong for women 2 wear poppy on their left?
  7. Strictly: It was time for Craig to depart. He was very gracious though.
  8. Tonight's fitness challenge: stand up and sit down from a dining chair 50 times, consecutively. I've just done it.
  9. Done the mammoth shop at M&S but lost my MIL! She was sitting, waiting, in a different area! Very relieved to find her safe and well!
  10. Just back from MIL's house to collect some bits. Now off to M&S for food shopping and wine buying for Steps Cheese & Wine eve next Thursday!
  11. Just rang my best friend and told her that we'll have her very old dog for Christmas so she can visit her daughter in USA. We both cried!!!
  12. Tonight's fitness challenge is: Kneel on your settee and place your hands on floor in front. Now do 15 press ups. I've just done it.U can 2!
  13. Had an nice day today. We did 3 spotlight interviews with our franchisees for RC.TV (to be launched in Jan '10) and caught up with mail.

  15. Busy day ahead. Photo call with young Shaun (it was because of Shaun that STEPS was founded) then recording day with franchisees for RCTV
  16. As jeans felt tight last night I got up early and have done 10 minute toning workout! Feel very virtuous.
  17. Tonight's fitness challenge: Take 2 cans of beans and bend and straighten your arms, without locking out elbows, 50 times. Great for arms.
