  15. Molding Sambirano today. Viscosity is a little high due to particle size, but yield value seems a bit on the lower side.
  16. Dinner last night: Steelhead over harissa chard, sauteed salsify, and lemon horseradish sauce. I don't get to cook fancy very often lately.
