  4. Homemade oxheart carrot gnocchetti with mimolette carrot pulp crumble with warm spices, almond & tarragon paired with 3 Amigos Pinot Noir
  5. Ubuntu dinner was amazing. Who needs meat when a chef is this creative-english peas in consommé, white chocolate, mint, macadamia & Abraxas
  6. Wine Dinner at Ubuntu in Downtown Napa. Jeremy fox created a special menu for RSV wines. Still room for more. www.ubuntunapa.com
  7. Just tasted the individual lots of 08 Pinots. Good acid, bright fruit. Not New World powerhouse wines, more Euro. Yum!
  8. I feel more like a tech geek than a wine geek today. Too many pixels to move. Time to go home and pop the cork. I feel like Riesling.
  9. Picked grapefruit, blood and naval oranges. Made juice. Winter's stored energy becomes symbol of spring. It was good. Prelude of summer?
