  1. @Cranialstrain Quite possibly, the whole point of IOC is that we should be able to switch to a different container without much trouble
  2. @PCurd Starbucks, near Hobgoblin/Costa/Coffee-Republic in centre of town
  3. @mausch I think I'll assess and probably implement - always appreciate input on my projects :)
  4. @mausch We currently do that manually for a number of interfaces, I don't know how I've missed out on IHandlerSelector for so long :)
  5. @mausch For our web app needs, we're using an open source project built on top of ASP.NET MVC for that purpose, unreleased thus far though!
  6. @mausch Yup, multi-tenancy! I'll have to look at that tomorrow, it looks like there are some valuable opinions on that blog
  7. @mausch I'll be looking at that next, we don't have our domain objects directly mapped to solr so I may run into manual code there too :)
  8. @mausch Business requirements - physical separation of customer data - it's not *too* unreasonable I don't think :)
  9. @mausch Will gladly start a discussion on GG about what I've done as a solution and the pros and cons within once I've written my tests
  10. @mausch PS: Also I don't have different types for different cores, which makes using the containers quite challenging too :)
  11. @timmorgan Yes - I do if that's what other people are wanting to do :)
  12. Public apologies to @mausch - certainly no offense meant with my minor rant about Solrnet configuration =)
  13. @mausch Certainly wasn't expecting things to be one line of code for that scenario!! And certainly not dissing Solrnet, it's a time saver.
  14. @mausch This isn't a simple scenario, this is multi core across multiple customers databases (inc NH integration), within a single web app
  15. @mausch Certainly wasn't asking for help on Twitter, just thinking aloud like everybody else
  16. @mausch Hey, Less of that attitude please - already been there since my last tweet and read the possible solutions
  17. Woman fiend "playing with that command line boxy thing on Linux is fun and makes me happy". I'll make her a programmer yet.
  18. @PCurd I think I might be actually - I do like food
  19. What time do people generally turn up at #rdgtweetup? I'm happily writing code in starbucks at the moment but that can change!
  20. Code certainly ends up being a lot more verbose than the demos if done manually! http://pastebin.com/f33342922 #solrnet
