Big Rock Winter Spiced: Not much in the way of aroma, sweet but oddly sour as well. Extremely sweet tasting, cloying, papery. Weird.

Barley Days Dark: Aroma of anise, cloves, molasses, brown sugar. All comes through in taste, peppery, sweet and quite hoppy. Very good.

Beau's Tommy Gun: Sour vegetal aroma, little sweet, citrus hops. Quite bitter, bit metallic, lemon, bready.

Old Speckled Hen ESB: Great head (not what she said), smells sweet like canned apple juice(?). Toffee, butterscotch, hoppy but watery. Great
