Purdy didn't make it. She collapsed this morning. They didn't have time to call so I could get across there. Very sad.

Still up waiting for news on Purdy. Taking no news as good news. She needs to make it to tomorrow for a proper (not synthetic) transfusion.

Had a phone call from specialist to say Purdy is doing ok. Other cat, Algie, very lost and pacing around

I've had to leave Purdy at the specialist for a day or two. They, Dick White Referrals, were exceptional though - could not be more thorough

Have to take Purdy to a specialist in Newmarket...had to leave meeting early, just as I wanted to speak. V low platelet (?) count, poor cat.

I've had to take Purdy back to the vets as she'd not improved. She's been left there for various tests. Very sad.

Still rather worried about Purdy, she isn't moving a great deal...might be the morphine shot but if she doesn't improve it's back to the vet

@ she should be ok - it looks like she was play fighting with my other cat and he caught an artery on her back leg.

Waiting at Eastgate Vets for an emergency appointment. My cat, Purdy, isn't at all well. Lots of blood :( feeling guilty after sleeping in.
